I purchased last year's yearbook, how can we pick it up?
If your student is still enrolled at Whitman, they can pick up their book in room 241 during the school day. If your student has graduated, please contact the Adviser at ([email protected]) to schedule a pickup.
When is the deadline to purchase a Recognition Ad or a Business Ad?
The Recognition Ad early bird pricing ends 11/1. The last day to purchase an Ad is 1/31/25.
When is the deadline to order a yearbook?
Online yearbook sales generally close in late April or early May. A close date has not been set for 24-25 yet.
How do I purchase a yearbook after online sales have closed?
If there are yearbooks available for sale, students can purchase books during distribution week with cash or check.
What happens if yearbooks are sold out?
If you want to purchase a yearbook after we have sold out, you'll be added to a waitlist in case the plant sends extra copies or if any copies are returned. If a copy becomes available, you will be contacted by our Adviser.
When do we receive the yearbook?
Yearbooks are delivered to the school mid-May. Distribution is held at the school during lunch in late-May, typically during the last week for seniors. Distribution information will be shared 1-2 weeks in advance.
